Scanpan is a Danish family business, which started up in 1956. For a long time, they have been in the process of creating quality kitchen equipment for Danish chefs, both amateurs and professionals. Quality is meant when quality is said here. Scanpan offers a sea of ​​different series within both pans and other things in the kitchen.

You should also not be afraid that the desire for non-stick restricts your options for which pans you can get your fingers in. Just like with pans for induction, yes, in fact more than pans for induction, you can get all types of pans with non-stick surfaces.

Then we come to copper pans. They really are some nice pans. Simply because they look so much different than normal pans. You will be able to understand you if you wanted pans in copper, just because of the color. It looks nice, both if it matches the whole kitchen, but also if you only have a single copper product.

If it matches, then it’s a style, and that says a lot about you. Then it just generally looks nice to have things in groups. It’s always nice to look at things that match. And it can make your cooking happier and more enjoyable to perform if you look at it that way.

But even if you only have one copper pan among all your other regular pans, this is also okay, because copper pans have such a nice yellow color that can easily look like gold. So imagine that you only have a single gold pan, right in the middle of all your pans. Won’t that just make one copper pan much more attractive?

However, you do not only have to choose pans in copper because of the look. They are also good pans in themselves. It is not for the look that many professional chefs choose pans in copper over anything else. What copper can find out, compared to ordinary steel, is that they can balance the heat in a completely different way. So you do not have to be so keen on spreading your food completely out, as the heat should probably come to it all in a copper pan.

It makes cooking a pleasure instead of a duty, as you do not have to constantly pay attention to moving around the pan. You can mostly just leave it standing.

Copper pans are also great for responding to your temperature changes. You do not have to turn up the stove and then wait a minute or two before you can see the effect. Now this process goes much faster with copper pans. That’s what copper can do compared to ordinary steel. That’s what copper has over steel.

As with the other pans, you can get copper pans in just the size you might need. However, it comes without having to mention it, but copper pans only come in the copper color.

It is also a nice color and should be a factor in why one chooses them over other pans.

The really cool thing about copper pans is that you can easily get them for induction. You do not have to choose one over the other. If you have an induction cooker, you can still get the nice copper pans. You do not have to go down on options just because you have other equipment.
